This is a slow cooker meal.
pot roast (I always sprinkle roast w/ meat tenderizer)
1 envelope Italian dressing mix
1 envelope Ranch dressing mix
1 envelope brown gravy mix
3 cups water
Mix the dressing and gravy mixes with the water; pour over roast in slow cooker. Cook on low for 6-8 hours. Serve with mashed potatoes and a veggie.
