Okay...clipping coupons and planning meals takes a little time, but is well worth it!
Last week, I sat down and planned out two weeks of meals (while looking through my pantry and the Kroger flier), matched up my coupons, and went to Kroger. My bill started at $301 and ended at $197. That's $104 in coupons! And this was a week when I had to purchase cleaning and laundry supplies!
Try and set aside an hour or so to do this each week. Then you can do the "happy dance" at the grocery checkout! :)
