Pork Tenderloin w/red wine & mushrooms

This is a slow cooker meal...gotta love the slow cooker!

1 pork tenderloin (2-3 pounds)
3/4 cup red cooking wine
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
1 beef bouillon cube
small can of sliced mushrooms, drained

Mix together the wine, soy sauce, and soup mix. Pour over tenderloin in slow cooker. Add bouillon cube and mushrooms. Add water to just about cover the tenderloin. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.

I serve this with mashed potatoes, steamed broccoli, and homemade crescent rolls. (Use canned crescent rolls or other bread as a time saver.)
